Villa Siciliana è una villa indipendente, a pochi passi dal Continental, situata tra il Duomo e la Badia Vecchia. E’ una residenza storica dell’800, lo stile è il barocco siciliano.  Posizione privilegiata, giardino privato, zona relax con Jacuzzi e solarium. Location in esclusiva.

La villa si sviluppa su due piani e dispone di un’ampia camera matrimoniale situata al piano terra, al primo piano una grande camera matrimoniale padronale con vista sulla Badia Vecchia ed un’altra confortevole camera matrimoniale. Sono presenti due bagni con ampie cabine docce, un soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo ed una cucina attrezzata.
